摘要
农村供水事关城乡融合发展和乡村振兴战略的实施。“十四五”以来,山东省农村供水在创新工程管护模式、完善运行管理体制机制、加强工程规范化运行等方面取得了显著成效,但仍存在发展不平衡,管理责任不清晰,信息化监管手段薄弱等问题,需继续实施规模化建设,推进工程标准化管理,提升信息化监管水平。
Rural water supply is relevant to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,as well to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Since the 14th Five-Year Plan,the rural water supply in Shandong Province has attached remarkable achievements in the innovation of project management and protection mode,the improvement of operation management system and mechanism,and the strengthening of standardized operation of the project.However,there are still problems such as unbalanced development,unclear management responsibility,and weak information supervision.It is necessary to further the implementation of large-scale construction,the promotion of standardized management of the project,and the improvement of information supervision.
