摘要
目的:探讨年龄相关性白内障患者一眼先行超声乳化联合人工晶状体(IOL)植入术对对侧眼房水内细胞因子的影响。方法:前瞻性队列研究。连续性纳入2022年1—3月就诊于贵州医科大学附属医院眼科需行双眼白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入术的患者36例(72眼)。根据患者双眼手术间隔时间分为A组(3~7 d)12例(24眼),B组(8~28 d)12例(24眼)和C组(>28 d)12例(24眼)。第1手术眼标记为1,第2眼为2。在双眼手术开始前收集房水,通过电化学发光检测技术检测双眼房水中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)和白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)等细胞因子的浓度。术后1、3、14 d观察患者双眼房水细胞、房水闪辉的变化。多组间房水内细胞因子浓度比较采用单因素方差分析;多组间房水闪辉比较采用Fisher精确概率法,房水细胞比较采用Kruskal Wallis H检验。结果:各组组间及组内房水中IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10、IL-17A比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。术后1、3、14 d组内患者1和2眼间房水细胞及房水闪辉比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:年龄相关性白内障患者一眼行白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入术后,对侧眼房水内IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10和IL-17A均无明显变化。
Objective:To investigate the effect of first glance phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation on the cytokines in the aqueous humor of the contralateral eye in patients with age-related cataract.Methods:This was a prospective cohort study.From January 2022 to March 2022,a total of 36 patients(72 eyes)undergoing bilateral cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation in the Department of Ophthalmology,Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected in this study.The patients were divided into A(3-7 days)12 cases(24 eyes),B(8-28 days)12 cases(24 eyes)and C(>28 days)12 cases(24 eyes)groups according to the interval between bilateral operations.The first eye was marked as 1,and the second eye was marked as 2.Aqueous humor was collected at the beginning of binocular surgery,and the concentrations of interferon-(IFN-γ),interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 10(IL-10),and interleukin 17A(IL-17A)in the aqueous humor of both eyes were detected using electrochemiluminescence detection technology.The alternations of aqueous humor cells and aqueous humor scintillation were observed at 1,3 and 14 days after operation.Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the concentration of cytokines in aqueous humor among multiple groups.Chi-square test was used for lens hardness comparison.Fisher exact test was used for aqueous scintillation comparison.And Kruskal Wallis H test was used for aqueous humor cell comparison.Results:The levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-10,and IL-17A in aqueous humor had no statistically significant differences between groups and within groups(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference between 1 and 2 eyes at 1,3 and 14 days after surgery for the comparison of aqueous humor cells and aqueous humor flicker(all P>0.05).Conclusions:After phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation in one eye of age-related cataract patients,there were no significant alternations in IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-10,and IL-17A in the aqueous humor of the opposite eye.
