摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童伤害防控中家长不同信念在知识和行为机制中的中介作用。方法2022年1-6月采用方便抽样法选取1600名学龄前儿童家长参与研究,采用社会人口学调查表、家长防控知信行量表进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷1534份(95.88%)。应用SPSS 26.0统计软件对社会人口学资料与知信行情况进行统计描述及相关性分析,应用AMOS24.0软件构建结构方程模型检验家长防控信念在相关知识和行为之间的中介作用。结果家长对儿童伤害防控知识得分的中位数(四分位数间距)为14(11,15)分,防控信念中的感知严重性、感知敏感性、感知的益处及自我效能得分的中位数(四分位数间距)分别为21(20,25)分、32(28,35)分、13(12,15)分、12(11,15)分,防控行为中的环境行为、监督行为和教育行为得分的中位数(四分位数间距)分别为28(25,31)分、46(42,51)分、7(6,9)分;中介分析结果显示,不同行为的中介变量不同,且所有关联均为正。感知敏感性与环境行为之间存在直接关联(β=0.30,95%CI:0.24~0.38)。间接因素为防控知识(β=0.08,95%CI:0.06~0.13)和感知严重性(β=0.21,95%CI:0.16~0.26)。感知敏感性与监督行为之间存在直接关联(β=0.53,95%CI:0.41~0.67),间接因素为防控知识(β=0.15,95%CI:0.09~0.20)和感知严重性(β=0.38,95%CI:0.30~0.46)。防控知识与教育行为之间存在直接关联(β=0.20,95%CI:0.16~0.25)。结论本研究中,家长防控知识、防控信念与防控行为三者之间呈正相关,且防控信念在防控知识和防控行为间中介效应显著。在制定改善学龄前儿童家长对儿童伤害防控行为的健康教育方案时,需要提高父母的防控知识水平和防控信念。
Objective To explore the mediating role of different parental beliefs on knowledge and behavior mechanisms in injury prevention and control of preschool children in Urumqi.Methods From January to June 2022,1600 parents of preschool children were selected to participate in the study with using a convenience sampling method,and 1534 valid questionnaires(95.88%)were returned with using a socio-demographic questionnaire and a parental knowledge and belief behavior scale for prevention and control.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was applied to statistically describe and correlate the socio-demographic information with the knowledge and belief behavior;and AMOS 24.0 software was applied to construct a structural equation model to test the mediating role between parental beliefs about prevention and control and the related knowledge and behavior.Results The median(interquartile spacing)scores of parental′knowledge of child injury prevention and control were 14(11,15);the median(interquartile spacing)scores of perceived severity,perceived sensitivity,perceived benefit,and self-efficacy in prevention and control beliefs were 21(20,25),32(28,35),13(12,15),and 12(11,15),respectively;and the median(interquartile spacing)scores of prevention and control behaviors had median(interquartile spacing)scores of 28(25,31),46(42,51),and 7(6,9)for environmental,supervisory,and educational behaviors,respectively;the results of the mediation analysis showed that the mediating variables differed across behaviors and that all associations were positive.There was a direct association between perceived sensitivity and environmental behavior(β=0.30,95%CI:0.24 to 0.38).Indirect factors were knowledge of prevention and control(β=0.08,95%CI:0.06 to 0.13)and perceived severity(β=0.21,95%CI:0.16 to 0.26).There was a direct association between perceived sensitivity and supervision behavior(β=0.53,95%CI:0.41 to 0.67),and indirect factors were knowledge of prevention and control(β=0.15,95%CI:0.09 to 0.20)and perceived severity(β=0.38,95%CI:0.
