泥质胶结顶板巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要 某煤矿10301运输巷顶板为泥质胶结软岩,巷道围岩控制面临顶板变形量大问题。现场取样分析,发现该煤矿10301运输巷顶板岩层中黏土类矿物成分较高,且岩体遇水容易崩解、裂隙发育。根据现场条件并结合邻近矿井此类巷道围岩控制措施,提出采用高强锚杆(索)+钢筋网+喷浆的方式控制围岩,通过锚杆(索)及钢筋网提高顶板岩体支护强度,采用喷浆及时封堵巷道围岩并给顶板一定支护力,现场应用后,该煤矿10301运输巷围岩始终在较小范围内,可满足巷道后续使用以及采面回采需要。 The roof of 10301 haulage roadway in a coal mine is argillaceous cemented soft rock,and the surrounding rock control of the roadway faces the problem of large roof deformation.Through field sampling and analysis,it is found that the clay mineral composition in the roof rock of 10301 haulage roadway in a coal mine is high,and the rock mass is prone to collapse and crack development in case of water.According to the site conditions and in combination with the surrounding rock control measures of such tunnels in the adjacent mines,it is proposed to use high-strength bolts(cables)+reinforcement mesh+shotcrete to control the surrounding rock,improve the support strength of roof rock mass through bolts(cables) and reinforcement mesh,use shotcrete to timely block the surrounding rock of the roadway and give a certain support force to the roof slab.After the site application,the surrounding rock of the 10301 transportation roadway in a coal mine is always in a small range.It can meet the needs of subsequent use of roadway and mining face.
