摘要
简要介绍了国内外轧机生产线现状,详细阐述了棒材双工位平立转换轧机轧制技术的开发应用条件、开发思路、开发(研究)技术方案以及技术创新点。实际应用表明,棒材双工位平立转换轧机结构设计合理、简单可靠,传递精度高,运行稳定,应用效果突出。
This paper briefly introduces the current situation of rolling mill production lines at home and abroad,and expounds in detail the development and application conditions,development ideas,development(research) technical schemes and technical innovation points of the rolling technology of the bar dual-station horizontal and vertical conversion mill.The practical application shows that the structural design of the bar double-station horizontal and vertical conversion mill is reasonable,simple and reliable,the transmission accuracy is high,the operation is stable,and the application effect is outstanding.
