摘要
介绍了酒钢1号高炉喷煤智能浓相喷吹技术的研究过程及效果。通过喷吹速率实时在线测量及智能控制技术,对喷煤量进行瞬时调节,提高了喷吹率的稳定性、均匀性和精准性,增强了系统的自适应能力,降低了工作强度,提高了自动化控制水平。在较短的检修时间内,增加了部分新设备,并通过优化工艺控制模型,使煤粉输送固气比由原来的30 kg/kg提升至40 kg/kg以上,有利于节能降耗和浓相喷吹的连续、均匀、稳定。
The research process and effect of intelligent dense phase injection technology for coal injection in No.1 blast furnace of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.are introduced.Through real-time online measurement of injection rate and intelligent control technology,the coal injection rate is adjusted instantaneously,improving the stability,uniformity and accuracy of injection rate,enhancing the adaptive ability of the system,reducing the working intensity,and improving the automation control level.In a relatively short maintenance time,some new equipment was added,and the solid-gas ratio of pulverized coal transportation was increased from 30 kg/kg to more than 40 kg/kg by optimizing the process control model,which is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction,and the continuous,uniform and stable dense phase injection.
