摘要
某试验台架液压设备高压软管总成在工作过程中出现漏油现象,导致液压油进入试验器内部,遇高温发生燃烧。针对该问题通过对故障高压软管进行宏观检查、开裂处解剖检查、金属套筒表面痕迹分析、钢丝断口分析等工作,确定了高压软管总成加工过程中金属套筒扣压过紧导致外层钢丝整排断裂是造成本次故障的主要原因,并据此提出了改进扣压加工工艺和增加无损检测工序的建议,以避免类似故障重复发生。
The high-pressure hose assembly of hydraulic equipment of a test bench leak oil during operation,which led to the hydraulic oil entering the tester and burning at high temperature.Through macroscopic inspection,dissection inspection of cracks,trace analysis of metal sleeve surface,analysis of steel wire fracture of the failed high-pressure hose,it was determined that the main reason for this failure was that the outer steel wire was broken due to too tight fastening of the metal sleeve during the processing of the high pressure hose assembly.The suggestions of improving the crimping process and increasing the nondestructive testing process are put forward to avoid the recurrence of similar faults.
