摘要
高速钢是一种具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高耐热性和优良红硬性的工具钢,然而由于合金元素价格高,其使用范围受到很大限制。在高速钢生产中以廉价的硼替代钨、钼、钒、铌等贵重金属制得的高硼高速钢既降低了成本,又能保证优异的硬度、耐磨性、强韧性、抗高温氧化性。本文综述了合金化、变质处理和热处理对高硼高速钢组织和性能影响,最后对高硼高速钢未来的发展进行了展望。
High speed steel is a kind of tool steel with high hardness,high wear resistance,high heat resistance and excellent red hardness.However,due to the high price of alloy elements,its application range is greatly limited.In the production of high speed steel,the high boron high speed steel made by cheap boron instead of tungsten,molybdenum,vanadium,niobium and other precious metals not only reduces the cost,but also ensures excellent hardness,wear resistance,strength and toughness,high temperature oxidation resistance.In this paper,the effects of alloying,modification and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of high boron high speed steel have been reviewed.Finally,the future development of high boron high speed steel has been prospected.
