基于数值模拟的300M钢摇臂模锻件锻造工艺研究

摘要 以300M钢摇臂模锻件为研究对象,针对原自由锻工艺材料利用率低、加工量大等问题,将自由锻工艺调整为模锻工艺;并采用数值模拟技术研究了模锻成形速度场、温度场、应力应变场的分布规律及变化等,通过生产验证,锻件成形效果良好,工艺稳定性得到有效保证。 300M steel die forging was taken as the research object,aiming at the problems of low material utilization rate and large processing amount of the original free forging process,the free forging process was adjusted to die forging process.The distribution and variation of velocity field,temperature field,stress and strain field of die forging were studied by numerical simulation technology.Through production verification,the forging forming effect was good and the process stability was effectively guaranteed.
