摘要
王昌龄《诗格》的身体理论涵盖文学构思与文学创作两个阶段。构思阶段的理论重视生理基础:首先,“身在意中”要求“睡来任睡”以养足精神,尊重身体的生理需要;其次,王昌龄强调生理感官以及身心之间的互动张力对构思活动发挥的重要作用。创作阶段的理论创设了“忘身”与“安身”两个重要命题:“忘身”是指自由且专注的创作状态,“安身”是指以身心体验为参照,完成物色与意相惬的艺术创作要求。其身体理论细化了文学构思活动,揭示了诗歌情境交融的具体实现方式,同时又为“意境”等重要概念的阐释提供身体之维。
The theory of the body created in Wang Changling's Poetry Rules covers two stages:literary conception and literary creation.The first stage attaches importance to the physiological basis:the body in the mind requires adequate sleep to nourish the mind,which respects the physiological needs of the body.The theory emphasizes the vital role played by the physiological senses and the tension between body and mind.The second stage creates two important propositions:forgetting the body and settling the body.The former refers to a free and focused creative state,while the latter means the artistic requirement of integrating scenery and emotion by referring to physical and mental experience.The theory of the body refines literary conceptual activities,reveals the concrete way of realizing the integration of poetic situations,and provides a physical dimension for the interpretation of important concepts like meaning realms.
