摘要
目前,装备制造业对于加工效率和加工质量的要求越来越高,为此不断对设备的结构和控制进行技术创新和改进,提高加工效率。针对机床改造以及电气控制中PLC扫描时间增加,如何提高程序执行效率的问题,本文基于西门子840Dsl系统,提出了通过一种快速I/O的使用,将原来PLC程序转到NC层面,反馈信号接收更快,实时性更好。实际测试表明程序执行效率得到提高。
The requirements for processing efficiency and quality of mechanical equipment in the current machine tool equipment industry has been increasingly high and equipment manufacturing enterprises have been continuously innovating and improving the structure and control of equipment to provide processing efficiency.In response to the way to improve the efficiency of program execution due to the increase in PLC scanning time in machine tool transformation and electrical control,a fast I/O method based on the Siemens 840Dsl system has been proposed,which transfers the original PLC program to the NC level.Through this method,the feedback signal is received faster and the real-time performance is better.In actual testing,the program execution efficiency has been improved.
