摘要
针对专业认证背景下的专业教育与思政育人融合问题,提出课程思政与人才培养目标、课程体系以及课程教学设计有效融合的实施路径。以工程项目管理专业核心课程为例,从明确课程思政教学目标、开发课程思政案例库、构建全过程课程思政融合的教学体系和实施课程思政教学成效评价方面开展了有益的教学改革实践。问卷调查结果显示,课程思政教学成效显著,学生不仅对课程教学满意度明显提高,而且在专业知识、实践能力和价值观念方面均得到提升。
Aiming at integrating ideological and political teaching into professional training against the background of professional certification,this paper puts forward an implementation path for the effective integration of ideological and political teaching and talent training objectives,curriculum system and teaching design.Taking the core course of Engineering Project Management as an example,beneficial teaching reform practices are carried out,which include clarifying ideological and political teaching objectives,developing a case library,constructing a whole-process integrated teaching system,and implementing evaluation of teaching effectiveness.A questionnaire survey shows that the course's ideological and political teaching has achieved remarkable results:not only students satisfaction with the course teaching but also their professional knowledge,practical ability and values have been significantly improved.
