摘要
后冬奥时代冰雪运动将快速发展,为更好实现习近平总书记提出的“带动三亿人参与冰雪运动”的目标,针对冰雪运动普惠中的风险建立风险模拟分析并提出管理策略。首先分析风险事件发生的成因,针对脆弱性,采用贝叶斯网络对风险进行模拟评估,得出冰雪运动风险致灾因子;其次通过人工智能技术实现冰雪运动风险预判机制,初步提出冰雪运动普惠风险管理系统。
Ice and snow sports will develop rapidly in the post-Winter Olympics era.In order to better realize the goal of“driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,this paper establishes risk simulation analysis and proposes management strategies for the risks in ice and snow sports for all.Firstly,we analyze the causes of risk events and use Bayesian networks to simulate and evaluate the risks in order to derive the risk-causing factors of ice and snow sports;secondly,we implement the risk prediction mechanism of ice and snow sports through artificial intelligence technology and propose the risk management system of ice and snow sports.
