互联网+背景下赋权增能健康教育模式在糖尿病视网膜病变患者延伸护理中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的研究互联网+背景下赋权增能健康教育模式在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者延伸护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月于西安国际医学中心医院就诊的80例DR患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用传统健康教育方式,观察组患者采用互联网+背景下赋权增能的健康教育方式,比较两组患者干预前及干预4个月后的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、黄斑中心小凹厚度(FT)、分区中内环上方厚度(ISM)、内环鼻侧厚度(INM)、内环颞侧厚度(ITM)、内环下方厚度(IIM)、中文版糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分。结果健康教育后,观察组患者的FPG及Hb A1c分别为(6.15±0.74)mmol/L、(7.74±0.92)%,明显低于对照组的(6.81±0.98)mmol/L、(8.72±1.01)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育后,观察组患者的FT、ISM、INM、ITM、IIM分别为(271.61±25.11)mm、(348.87±49.23)mm、(345.18±58.79)mm、(334.92±31.27)mm、(319.62±36.16)mm,明显低于对照组的(284.51±22.30)mm、(372.84±45.28)mm、(372.82±47.51)mm、(351.23±27.48)mm、(336.72±32.15)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育后,观察组患者的SDSCA评分、ESCA评分分别为(63.36±5.62)分、(126.36±10.62)分,明显高于对照组的(53.82±5.32)分、(112.82±7.32)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网+背景下赋权增能健康教育模式应用于DR患者延伸护理中,可有效提高患者的自我管理能力和对疾病的认知水平,从而有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善患者的生活质量。 Objective To study the application effect of empowerment health education in extended nursing of patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)under the background of Internet Plus.Methods A total of 80 patients with DR treated in Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received traditional health education,and the observation group received empowerment health education under the background of Internet Plus.The two groups were compared before intervention and at 4 months after intervention in fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),foveal thickness(FT),thicknesses of inner superior subfield(ISM),inner nasal subfield(INM),inner temporal subfield(ITM),inner inferior subfield(IIM),the Chinese version of the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA)score,and the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)score.Results After education,the levels of FPG and HbA1c in the observation group were(6.15±0.74)mmol/L and(7.74±0.92)%,significantly lower than(6.81±0.98)mmol/L and(8.72±1.01)%in the control group(P<0.05).The thicknesses of FT,ISM,INM,ITM,and IIM in the observation group after education were(271.61±25.11)mm,(348.87±49.23)mm,(345.18±58.79)mm,(334.92±31.27)mm,(319.62±36.16)mm,significantly smaller than(284.51±22.30)mm,(372.84±45.28)mm,(372.82±47.51)mm,(351.23±27.48)mm,and(336.72±32.15)mm in the control group(P<0.05).After education,the SDSCA score and ESCA score of the observation group were(63.36±5.62)points and(126.36±10.62)points,significantly higher than(53.82±5.32)points and(112.82±7.32)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying empowerment health education under the background of Internet Plus in extended nursing of patients with DR can effectively improve their self-management ability and disease cognition,so as to effectively control their blood glucose level and improve quality of life.
