KOOATM软件在X线头影测量软组织分析中的临床应用

摘要 目的比较KOOATM全自动测量软件与Winceph8.0半自动辅助测量软件在X线头影测量软组织分析中的准确性。方法将2018年3月至2019年10月暨南大学附属第一医院口腔科收治的50例正畸患者的X线头颅侧位片分别导入KOOATM和Winceph8.0测量软件中,选取12个软组织测量项目,包括H角、鼻尖点-H线、鼻唇沟-H线、下唇凸点-H线、颏唇沟-H线、Z角、UL-E Plane、LL-E Plane、鼻唇角、上唇凸度、下唇凸度及颏唇沟,对结果进行配对t检验。结果KOOATM全自动测量软件测量结果与2名正畸医生使用Winceph8.0半自动测量软件测量结果的平均值分别是:H角为18.74°、16.81°,Z角为62.51°、64.35°,鼻唇角为98.26°、95.75°,上唇凸度为3.50 mm、7.50 mm,下唇凸度为3.40 mm、7.01 mm,颏唇沟深2.03 mm、4.58 mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除以上测量项目外,其余测量结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论KOOATM全自动测量软件是一种便捷的测量系统,可为正畸临床上软组织头影测量分析提供定量的参考依据。 Objective To compare the accuracy of KOOATM automatic measurement software and Winceph8.0 semi-automatic auxiliary measurement software in X-ray cephalometric soft tissue analysis.Methods X-ray lateral cephalometric images of 50 orthodontic patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from March 2018 to October 2019 were imported into KOOATM and Winceph8.0 software,respectively.Twelve soft tissue measurement items were selected,including H Angle,nasal tip to H line distance,nasolabial sulcus to H line distance,lower lip protrusion to H line distance,geniolabial sulcus to H line distance,Z Angle,UL to E plane distance,LL to E plane distance,nasolabial sulcus angle,upper lip convexity,lower lip convexity,and mentolabial sulcus depth.The measurement results were analyzed by paired t-test.Results The measurement results of KOOATM software and and the Winceph8.0 software by two orthodontists were as following:H Angle of 18.74°and 16.81°,Z Angle of 62.51°and 64.35°,nasolabial angle of 98.26°and 95.75°,upper lip convexity of 3.50 mm and 7.50 mm,lower lip convexity of 3.40 mm and 7.01 mm,the depth of mentolabial sulcus of 2.03 mm and 4.58 mm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for the above measurement items,there were no siginficant differences in the rest of the measurement results(P>0.05).Conclusion KOOATM automatic measurement software is a convenient measurement system,which can provide quantitative reference basis for soft tissue cephalometric analysis in clinical orthodontics.
