摘要
紫藤果实中的种子具有药用价值。本项目以紫藤种子为研究对象,经采集自然晾干,利用小型粉碎机粉碎,通过超声机超声并用蒸馏水浸泡水提可溶性物质,再用同样方法用乙醇再次提取滤渣中的有效成分,将提取液经旋转蒸发提取液,浓缩得到粗品。通过柱层析分离纯化,得到单一的化合物。经过核磁初步鉴别化合物结构,为后续药理学研究提供基础.
The seeds in the fruits of Wisteria floribunda have medicinal value.In this project,Wisteria floribunda seeds were taken as the research object.After being collected and dried in the air,they were crushed by a small pulverizer.Soluble substances were extracted by ultrasonic machine and distilled water immersion,and then the effective components in the filter residue were extracted again with ethanol in the same way.The extract was concentrated by rotating evaporation to obtain crude products.The single compound was obtained through column chromatography.The structure of the compound was preliminarily identified by nuclear magnetic resonance,providing a basis for subsequent pharmacological research.
