摘要
Gierer-Meinhardt模型在用数学方法研究生物化学的抑制剂与激活剂中被广泛使用。考虑了Gierer-Meinhardt模型在常微分系统下解的正定性,以及正平衡点的稳定性和Hopf分支出现的情况。利用MATLAB软件包对分析得到的理论结果进行相应的数值分析。
The Gierer-Meinhardt model is widely used in mathematical research on the application of biochemical inhibitors and activators.This paper considers the positive characterization of the solution of the Gierer-Meinhardt model in a normal differential system,as well as the stability of the positive equilibrium point and the occurrence of the Hopf branch.The MATLAB package is used to perform corresponding numerical analysis of the theoretical results obtained from the analysis.
