摘要
目的:通过FOCUS-PDCA循环法分析三级综合医院应急管理能力建设,推进三级综合医院应急管理工作系统化建设。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月—2022年5月首都医科大学大兴教学医院应用FOCUS-PDCA循环法前后应急管理体系、制度、运行机制等方面资料。应用FOCUS-PDCA循环法分析医院应急管理工作中存在的问题,制定针对性改进措施并实施,比较改进前后的应急管理能力评分。结果:应用FOCUS-PDCA循环6个月后,医院相关医护人员应急知识掌握情况评分、应急预案制定情况评分、应急培训和演练开展情况评分、应急队伍建设情况评分、应急物资储备和管理情况评分、职工对应急管理效果的评价评分均高于循环前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:将FOCUSPDCA循环法应用于三级综合医院应急管理中,可有效提升三级综合医院应急管理能力。
Objective:To analyze the capacity building of emergency management in tertiary general hospitals through the FOCUS-PDCA cycle method,and to promote the systematic construction of emergency management in tertiary general hospitals.Methods:The data of emergency management system,institution and operation mechanism before and after the application of FOCUS-PDCA cycle method in Daxing Teaching Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The FOCUS-PDCA cycle method was used to analyze the problems existing in the emergency management work of the hospital,and targeted improvement measures were formulated and implemented,and the emergency management ability scores before and after improvement were compared.Results:After applying the FOCUS-PDCA cycle for 6 months,the relevant medical staff in the hospital scored the mastery of emergency knowledge,the formulation of emergency plans,the development of emergency training and drills,the construction of emergency teams,the storage and management of emergency supplies,the evaluation scores of the employees on the emergency management effect were higher than those before the cycle,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Applying the FOCUS-PDCA cycle method to the emergency management of tertiary general hospitals can effectively improve the emergency management capabilities of tertiary general hospitals.
