摘要
西部高校思政课教师科研能力提升具有十分重要的意义。本文以西部63所高校的调研情况为基础,结合相关统计数据,从科研意识、科研平台、科研人才、科研团队、科研产出等方面出发,全面梳理了西部高校思政课教师科研能力现状,并与中部高校、东部高校的思政课教师进行了比较分析,指出西部高校思政课教师科研能力方面存在的突出问题与原因,提出了提升西部高校思政课教师科研能力的对策建议。
It is of great significance to improve the scientific research ability of ideological and political teachers in western universities.Based on the survey of 63 universities in the west,combined with relevant statistical data,this paper comprehensively combs the current situation of the scientific research ability of ideological and political teachers in western universities from the aspects of scientific re-search awareness,scientific research platforms,scientific research talents,scientific research teams,and scientific research output,and makes a comparative analysis with the ideological and political teachers in central universities and eastern universities,pointing out the outstanding problems and reasons in the scientific research ability of ideological and political teachers in western universities,It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific research ability of ideological and political teachers in western universities.
