摘要
目的 探讨规范化营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖指标及营养指标的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月某三甲医院产科接收的妊娠期糖尿病产妇84例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(给予常规产后干预)与干预组(给予常规产后干预+规范化营养干预),各42例,观察两组产妇产后3 d和产后42 d的血糖指标及营养指标变化。结果 干预组产后42 d的血糖指标水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组产后42 d的营养指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病产妇在常规产后干预同时辅以规范化营养干预,能够有效控制产妇产后血糖指标,改善产妇产后营养状况。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nutrition intervention on blood glucose and nutrition indexes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 84 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to the Obstetrics Department of a third-grade hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(receiving routine postpartum intervention)and intervention group(receiving routine postpartum intervention+standardized nutrition intervention),with 42 cases in each group.The changes of blood sugar index and nutrition index on postpartum 3 d and 42 d were observed.Results The blood glucose index of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group at postpartum 42 d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nutritional indexes of the intervention group at postpartum 42 d were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine postpartum intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes coupled with standardized nutrition intervention can effectively control the postpartum blood glucose index and improve the postpartum nutritional status of the pregnant women.
