摘要
老式住宅存在墙体老化、坡屋面漏雨、设施陈旧、安全隐患突出等问题,影响着住户的正常使用。针对老式住宅木结构坡屋面改造,综合考虑其安全性,保持原建筑风格和改造的合理性,有必要对其进行分析与探究。文章以北京科技大学青年教职工周转房坡屋面改造项目为工程背景,首先阐述了项目改造方案设计和改造难点,然后提出针对性的改造策略,最后重点对改造项目的施工关键技术进行分析,旨在为类似工程提供参考。
Old style residential buildings have problems such as wall aging,slope roof leakage,outdated facilities,and prominent safety hazards,which affects the normal use of residents.It is necessary to analyze and explore the wooden structure slope roof reconstruction in old style residential buildings,comprehensively considering its safety and maintaining its original architectural style and the rationality of the reconstruction.Taking the slope roof reconstruction project of turnover room for young faculty of University of Science and Technology Beijing as the engineering background,this paper first expounds the design and reconstruction difficulties of the project reconstruction scheme,then puts forward the targeted reconstruction strategy,and finally focuses on the analysis of the key construction technologies of the reconstruction project,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
