摘要
文章采用矿渣基固化剂取代水泥应用到SMW工法桩施工中,分析了固化剂掺量、养护龄期、淤泥质软土含水率等因素对固化土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:矿渣基固化剂和水泥固化淤泥质软土无侧限抗压强度均与固化剂掺量呈线性增长,与淤泥含水率呈指数函数减小,但矿渣基固化剂固化土受含水率的影响小于水泥固化土;矿渣基固化剂固化土无侧限抗压强度与养护龄期呈指数函数增长,而水泥固化土强度与养护龄期呈线性增长。
In this paper,slag-based curing agent is used to replace cement in SMW pile construction.The effects of curing agent content,maintenance age and water content of silty soft soil on the mechanical properties of solidified soil are analyzed.The test results show that the unconfined compressive strength of slag-based curing agent and cement-solidified silty soft soil increases linearly with the amount of curing agent,and decreases exponentially with the water content of silty soft soil,but the effect of water content on slag-based curing agent solidified soil is less than that on cement-solidified soil.The unconfined compressive strength of slag-based curing agent solidified soil increases exponentially with maintenance age,while the strength of cement-solidified soil increases linearly with curing age.
