摘要
医院是科研诚信建设的第一责任主体,科研失信行为对医院声誉和学科建设负面影响大,甚至还会造成医院重大的经济损失。因此,科研诚信建设对医院管理具有非常重要的意义。本文采用问卷调查和李克特五级量表方法,针对北京市某市属三级甲等综合医院的科研人员开展调查,了解医院科研人员对科研诚信政策、科研失信行为及其相关因素的认知情况,分析医院科研人员科研失信行为产生的原因,结合医院科研诚信建设的现状,提出改进和完善的措施。
Hospital is the major stakeholder in scientific integrity.Any misconduct in scientific research will bring a huge negative impact on the hospital's reputation and discipline construction and can even cause significant economic losses to the hospital.Therefore,scientific integrity is of great importance to hospital management.In the present study,the authors conducted a questionnaire-based survey and used the Likert five-level scale to investigate the knowledge and awareness on scientific integrity policies,research misconduct,and their influencing factors among researchers in a tertiary general hospital in Beijing.Accordingly,measures for increasing the knowledge and awareness on scientific integrity were proposed.
