摘要
目的:调查疫情防控常态化背景下西藏地区大学生对突发公共卫生事件的知信行现状,并分析其影响因素,以期为西藏高校各种突发公共卫生事件的防控提供建议。方法:2022年5—6月,利用分层随机抽样和方便抽样相结合的抽样方法对西藏高校2354名大学生进行匿名问卷调查,并随机访谈大学生、辅导员、学生家长共15位。结果:81.2%的被调查西藏地区大学生突发公共卫生事件的知信行总体水平合格,其中应对知识、态度、行为合格率分别为70.2%、69.2%、67.5%。汉族学生知信行总体合格率高于藏族学生(P<0.05);西藏大学学生知信行总体合格率高于西藏农牧学院、拉萨师范专科高等学校和西藏职业技术学院学生(P<0.05)。结论:西藏地区大学生应对突发公共卫生事件知信行水平较好,不同民族和学校之间存在差异。建议西藏高校多以演习、短视频等形式进行宣传教育;在校内开设突发公共卫生事件相关课程,对不同民族、专业的学生分层教育。
Objectives To investigate the current status of knowledge,attitude and practices(KAP)in response to public health emergencies among college students in Tibet under the background of normalized epidemic preven-tion and control,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide suggestions for the prevention and con-trol of various public health emergencies in Tibetan colleges and universities.Methods A combination of ques-tionnaire survey and qualitative interview was used for the investigation.From May to June 2022,using a combi-nation of stratified random sampling and convenience sampling methods,2354 college students in Tibetan col-leges and universities were anonymously surveyed by questionnaire,and 15 college students,counselors and par-ents were randomly interviewed.Results 81.2%of the surveyed college students in Tibet had qualified KAP lev-els in response to public health emergencies,with qualified rates of knowledge,attitude and behavior being 70.2%,69.2%and 67.5%,respectively.The overall KAP qualification rate of Han students was higher than that of Tibetan students(P<0.05);the overall KAP qualification rate of Tibet University students was higher than that of Tibet Agricultural and Animal Husbandry College,Lhasa Normal College and Tibet Vocational Technical Col-lege students(P<0.05).Conclusions College students in Tibet have a good KAP level in response to public health emergencies,and there are differences between different ethnic groups and schools.It is suggested that Ti-betan colleges and universities should conduct publicity and education in various forms such as drills and short videos;offer courses related to public health emergencies on campus;and conduct stratified education for stu-dents of different ethnic groups and majors.
