摘要
1942-1943年,在河南发生了一场惨绝人寰的大灾奇荒,天灾战祸交加,给河南的社会发展和人民生活带来了巨大的伤害。这一期间,国共两党均在救灾方面做出了极大努力,广泛的运用报刊、媒体等宣传平台公布“豫灾”实况,传达救援信息,面向全国、乃至世界的读者拓宽救灾渠道。但是通过对比国共两党主流报刊,特别是党报党刊在“豫灾”期间的新闻报道不难发现,二者之间存在着:灾荒报道形式、对真实灾情的报道程度、倡导何种“自救”手段等危机处置话语的不同。这些宣传上的侧重点不仅在一定程度上决定了国共两党救灾效果的差异,更可从侧面窥见国共两党不同的新闻观和民生观。
From 1942 to 1943,a tragic disaster occurred in Henan Province,which caused great harm to the social development and people’s life.During this period,both parties made great efforts in disaster relief,extensively using newspapers and media to publicize the“Henan Disaster”,convey relief information,and broaden relief channels for readers across the country and the world.However,by comparing the news reports of the mainstream newspapers of the two parties,especially the party newspapers,during the“Henan Disaster”,it is easy to find that there are differences between the two parties in terms of the form of disaster coverage,the extent of reporting on the real situation,and the kind of“self-help”methods advocated by them.These differences in emphasis are not only in the form of reporting on the disaster,but also in the extent of reporting on the real situation,and the kind of crisis management discourse advocated.These propaganda priorities not only determined the difference in the effectiveness of the two parties’disaster relief to a certain extent,but also provided a glimpse of their different views on journalism and people’s livelihood.
