摘要
本文对某企业聚丙烯装置2016年以来流化床干燥器分布板出现的问题进行了分析总结,并通过对比三次分布板改进优化后的运行状态,总结了一些优化改进措施,如重新设计分布板结构增加强度、调整孔径改变开孔率、明确加工制造技术要求、提高检查验收标准等。这些措施的实施,解决了分布板出现的问题,维持了干燥系统长周期运行。对国内同类型装置流化床干燥器的运行具有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper analyzes and summarizes problems of the distribution plate of fluid-ized bed dryer in polypropylene unit of an enterprise since 2016,and summarizes some optimi-zation and improvement measures by comparing operation state of the improved and optimized distribution plate three times,such as redesigning the distribution plate structure to increase strength,adjusting the aperture to change the opening rate,clarifying processing and manufac-turing technical requirements,raising the inspection and acceptance standards and etc.The im-plementation of these measures has solved the problems of the distribution plate and maintains the long cycle operation of the drying system.It can be used for reference in the operation of flu-idized bed dryer of the same type in China.
