摘要
为了解决SY/T 0536—2008标准中抽提液对部分油品混合分层时乳化的问题,建立了以体积比3∶1水-异丙醇混合液为主体,内含20~30 mg/L低聚合度聚氧乙烯十八醇醚和0.1 mol/L乙酸钠、pH=8.5~8.9的新型抽提液。实验结果表明:该抽提液油品适应性强,油水两相分层界面清晰,适合微库仑法与离子色谱法检测油品盐含量。
A novel extract solution has been developed to solve the critical emulsification and sampling issues of the extraction solution in the SY/T 0536—2008 method for oil product mixing and layering.The new extract solution consists mainly of a water-isopropanol mixture with a volume ratio of 3∶1 as its primary component and contains 20-30 mg/L polyoxyethylene aliphatic ether with a low degree of polyoxyethylene octadecanol ether,as well as 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate,with a pH range of 8.5 to 8.9.This work experimentally demonstrated the extract solution's remarkable adaptability to oil products,effectively resolving oil-water mixed centrifugal emulsification and producing a clearly defined two-phase layered interface.The current method is well-suited for salt content detection of oil products via microcoulometry and ion chromatography.
