介绍跨机构科研基地管理信息系统建设模式及意义,结合中国医学科学院信息管理系统建设实践,详细阐述其管理机制、建设模式、建设理念,分析跨机构科研基地信息管理系统设计情况及应用成效,并对未来发展提出展望。
The paper introduces the construction mode and significance of the management information system(MIS)of the inter-agency research base,expounds the management mechanism,construction mode and construction concept in detail based on the construction practice of the medical academic resources plan(MacRP)system,analyzes the design status and application effect of the MIS of the inter-agency research base,and puts forward the prospect.
