摘要
近年来随着钢厂的发展,在炼钢生产过程中防控液态金属渗漏钢事故,是保障生产安全稳定顺行的基础。本文结合酒钢炼轧厂生产实践,针对钢水浇铸过程中出现的钢包滑板系统漏钢问题,分析影响因素,采取对应控制措施。通过现场生产实践,钢包滑板系统漏钢事故得到了有效控制。
With the development of steel mills in recent years,the prevention and control of leakage of liquid metal in the process of steelmaking is the basis of ensuring the safety and stability of production.In this paper,based on the production practice of Jiusteel mill,the steel leakage problem of ladle slide system in the process of molten steel pouring is analyzed,and corresponding control measures are taken.The steel leakage accident of ladle slip system has been effectively controlled through field production practice.
