摘要
上海市是我国人口老龄化程度较严重的城市之一。在上海市政府倡导“居家养老”的背景下,既有住宅作为实现居家养老服务的主要空间载体,其人居环境适老化水平决定上海老年人的居住与生存品质。考虑到住宅内部空间存在个体化差异,政府统一对住宅公共空间进行适老化改造具有更强的可操作性。通过对既有住宅公共空间的急难愁盼问题进行研究,结合老年人各阶段需求,从全生命周期角度提出安全实用、舒适友好、灵活前瞻的适老化改造策略。
Shanghai is one of the cities with serious population aging in China.Under the background of “home-based elderly care” advocated by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government,existing residences are the main space carrier to realize home-based elderly care services,the elderly-oriented level of their living environment also determines the living quality of the elderly in Shanghai.Considering the individual difference of the internal space of the residence,the government's unified elderly-oriented transformation of the public space in residence has stronger operability.Through studing the urgent and difficult problems existing in the public space of existing residence,it combines with the needs of the elderly at all stages,and puts forward a safe,practical,comfortable,friendly,flexible and forward-looking elderly-oriented transformation strategy from the perspective of whole life cycle.
