摘要
从高职市场营销专业学生就业跟踪情况来看,学生实习结束后离职率较高,就业后仍存在频繁跳槽的现象。究其原因,主要是学生岗位胜任能力不足,不能很好地适应企业发展变化。本文通过对高职市场营销专业学生岗位胜任力培养现状进行深入分析,发现目前人才培养中专业人才培养特色不够鲜明;课程体系拘泥于知识的系统性;岗位胜任力培养效果不佳等问题,并从校企融合的角度提出明确专业人才培养特色;课程体系立足能力本位;创新岗位胜任力培养模式的建议。
From the employment tracking of vocational college graduates majoring in marketing,it can be seen that the turnover rate after internships is high,and job hop⁃ping after employment is frequent.The main reason is that students lack job competency to adapt well to the development and changes of the enterprise.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of job competency cultivation for students ma⁃joring in marketing in vocational colleges,and finds several problems such as the indis⁃tinctiveness of current professional talent cultivation,the constraint on curriculum sys⁃tem by the systematic nature of knowledge and poor effectiveness in cultivating job com⁃petency.From the perspective of school enterprise integration,constructive suggestions are proposed to set clear characteristics of professional talent cultivation,form curricu⁃lum system based on the ability standard and make innovative job competency training models.
