摘要
聚乳酸是通过乳酸聚合得到的一种聚合物,具有良好的抗菌性、生物兼容性及生物降解性等,用途较为广泛。通过对聚乳酸薄膜的性能、复合类型,以及在食品中的应用状况进行分析总结,以期为今后抗菌聚乳酸薄膜在食品领域的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。
Poly(lactic acid)is a kind of polymer obtained by lactic acid polymerization,which exhibited good antibacterial,biocompatibility and biodegradation properties.In this paper,the performance,compound types,and the application of polylactic acid film in the food field were analyzed and summarized,on the purpose of providing important basis for the further research,as well as the development and application of antibacterial polylactic acid film in the food field in the future.
