基于正交试验法的直流充电桩功率自动优化控制系统

摘要 稳定的功率可以延长直流充电桩的使用寿命,为了提高直流充电桩功率控制的稳定性和吻合度,提出了基于正交试验法的直流充电桩功率自动优化控制系统。通过设计脉冲宽度调制信号采样电路、直流充电桩功率自动优化控制的驱动电路和直流充电桩功率自动优化控制器,完成系统的硬件设计,在系统的软件设计中,利用正交试验法调节了直流充电桩的充电功率,通过制定直流充电桩功率自动优化控制策略,实现了直流充电桩功率的自动优化控制。测试结果表明,文中系统在直流充电桩功率控制中,具有良好的稳定性和吻合度,控制功率与理想功率差值小于15.6 W,均方误差低于0.28。 Stable power can prolong the service life of DC charging pile.In order to improve the stability and coincidence of DC charging pile power control,an automatic optimization control system of DC charging pile power based on orthogonal test method is proposed.The hardware design of the system is completed by designing the pulse width modulation signal sampling circuit,the driving circuit of DC charging pile power automatic optimization control and DC charging pile power automatic optimization controller.In the software design of the system,the charging power of DC charging pile is adjusted by orthogonal test method.By formulating the automatic optimization control strategy of DC charging pile power,the automatic optimization control of DC charging pile power is realized.The test results show that the system has good stability and coincidence in the power control of DC charging pile,the difference between control power and ideal power is less than 15.6 W,and the mean square error is less than 0.28.
