摘要
耳内镜应用日趋广泛,通过耳内镜虚实结合手术培训系统能提高耳内镜手术技能,本文详细介绍了一款耳内镜虚实结合手术培训系统,采用虚拟手术仿真技术与临床手术场景视频相结合的方式,实现虚实兼容的手术训练场景,用于耳内镜常规培训和指导新手耳外科医生提高耳内镜手术技能。使耳内镜手术训练更加规范化、系统化。
Endoscopic ear surgery is becoming increasingly popular.A training system incorporating virtual and real approaches can improve training for endoscopic ear surgery.This paper introduces such a training system in detail,which uses both virtual surgery simulation as well as real surgery videos to achieve a virtual reality surgery training experience.The system can be used in routine endoscopic ear surgery training and guide novice ear surgeons in improving their skills in endoscopic ear surgery.It represents an effort toward establishing an organized and standardized training system for endoscopic ear surgery.
