摘要
公共图书馆是向社会公众免费开放,收集、整理、保存文献信息并提供查询、借阅及相关服务,开展社会教育的公共文化设施,是社会主义公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。民族地区公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略,既是公共图书馆的时代责任,也是公共图书馆自身发展的需要。分析民族地区公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略面临的问题,总结民族地区公共图书馆在乡村振兴战略中发挥的作用,探索民族地区公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略机制的实践路径,为助力农村进步、农业升级和农民发展贡献应有力量。
As public cultural facilities,public Libraries provide services as providing inquiry,borrowing books,etc.to the public for free,and also can be regarded as social education service institutions by collecting,organizing,and preserving literature information.It is an important part of the socialist public cultural service system.For public libraries,providing services in ethnic rural areas is a duty of the time and also meets the needs for development of libraries themselves at the same time.Facing the problem,how to provide services in ethnic minority areas,the author is exploring a practical strategic serving mechanism for public libraries,to contribute to the rural progress,agricultural upgrading and farmers'development in the paper.
