光伏用两极直流塑壳断路器的研究与设计

摘要 为有效降低光伏系统的成本、提高发电效率,在光伏领域急需适用于DC1500 V光伏发电系统中的直流塑壳断路器(简称DC MCCB)。本文对光伏用直流塑壳断路器提出了“少极数,高电压,小体积,大电流”的概念。在现有DC 1000 V两极直流塑壳断路器(250壳架)的基础上,通过对其触头系统、操作机构以及灭弧系统等方面进行设计优化,最终研发设计出一款光伏用两极直流塑壳断路器。经过试验验证,其额定工作电压高达DC1300 V,额定电流250 A,时间常数1 ms,极限短路分断能力达15 kA~20 kA。新设计的光伏用两极直流塑壳断路器符合DC 1500 V光伏系统的使用需求。 In order to effectively reduce the cost of photovoltaic system and improve power generation efficiency,DC molded case circuit breaker(DC MCCB)for DC1500 V photovoltaic power generation system is urgently needed in photovoltaic field.The concept of"fewer poles,higher voltage,smaller volume,and higher current"for photovoltaic DC MCCB is proposed in this paper.Based on the existing DC1000 V bipolar DC MCCB(250 shell frame),a bipolar DC MCCB for photovoltaic is developed and designed through the optimization of the contact system,the operation mechanism and the arc extinguishing system.Verification tests confirm that its rated voltage reaches DC1300V,rated current is 250 A,time constant is 1ms,and the extreme short-circuit breaking capacity is 15 kA~20 kA.The newly designed photovoltaic bipolar DC MCCB meets the requirements of DC1500 V photovoltaic system.
