新形势下运载火箭质量问题举一反三流程构建

摘要 在运载火箭多型号、高密度发射任务增多的新形势下,对运载火箭质量问题举一反三工作中存在的问题进行分析,通过创建举一反三管理模型,开展流程再造,利用先进流程建模工具进行建模,并对新流程运行结果开展评估。通过管理实践,构建的新形势下运载火箭质量问题举一反三流程在工作质量提升、共性统筹管理、射前规范处置等方面取得了积极作用,在支撑质量问题数量减少、产品可靠性不断提升等方面取得了显著成效。 Under the new situation of launch vehicles with multiple models and high density launch missions,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the work of learn by analogy about the quality of launch vehicles.Through a creation of a management model of learn by analogy it carries out process reengineering,uses advanced process modeling tools to model,and evaluates the operation results of the new process.Through management practice,the process of learn by analogy about the quality problems of launch vehicles under the new situation has achieved positive effects in the aspects of work quality improvement,common overall management,and pre-launch standard disposal,and has achieved remarkable results in supporting the reduction of the number of quality problems and the continuous improvement of products reliability.
