摘要
阐述了常规往复压缩机填料在井口采气应用中面临的负压问题,提出了一种以较低成本解决该问题的方案。具体的,设计了双腔结构的负压填料:一个是压力油腔,靠近大气侧,内部充满较高压力的润滑油,阻止空气进入气缸;另一个是隔离腔,靠近气缸侧,处于气缸与压力油腔之间,通低压进气,确保气缸内高温高压介质不会进到压力油腔。同时,设计了一种与负压填料相配套的能降低故障率的压力润滑系统;它利用压缩机的进排气压差作为动力,将润滑油从油罐经过填料压力油腔压入气缸,且高位油箱能够自动向油罐补油。负压填料与压力润滑系统一起构成的密封润滑系统适用于低速大行程往复式压缩机;负压填料可脱离压力润滑系统独立应用,且在安装尺寸上与常规填料具有互换性。
Aiming at the negative pressure problem in the application of the regular reciprocating compressor packing in wellhead gas gathering,a double-chamber negative pressure packing is proposed.One chamber is filled with high pressure lube oil to prevent air from entering the cylinder,called pressure oil chamber located in packing of atmosphere side.The other is called isolation chamber which is located between the cylinder and the pressure oil chamber in packing.This chamber is ventilated to the low-pressure intake pipe to preclude the leaking of high temperature and high pressure medium from cylinder to the pressure oil chamber.Additionally,a pneumatic lubrication system is designed suited for the packing to reduce the failure frequency of compressor.The system takes the vantage of pressure difference between inlet and outlet of compressor to pump the oil from supply canister to cylinder through the pressure oil chamber of packing.Oil is automatically replenished from tank to supply canister.The system comprised of negative pressure packing and pneumatic lubrication is applicable to low speed and long stroke reciprocating compressor.The negative pressure packing can be used independently from the pneumatic lubrication system and is interchangeable with regular packing in term of installation.
