摘要
党内政治生活的功能反映其内在结构,党内政治生活的结构由其要素构成。从系统分析的角度看,党内政治生活主要由主体要素、制度要素和文化要素构成。从主体要素来看,其主要包括党员群体和各级组织。从制度要素来看,党内政治生活既存在正式制度规范,也存在非正式制度规范。从文化要素来看,理想信念和行为方式构成了党内政治文化的基本内容。正是由这些要素构成了党内政治生活的系统结构,从而决定着党内政治生活功能的发挥。
The functions of inner-party political life reflects its internal structure.The inner-party political life is mainly composed of the subject elements,institutional elements andcultural elements.From the perspective of subject elements,party members and party organizations are the main subjects of political life within the party.From the perspective of institutional elements,there are both formal and informal institutional norms in the political life of the party.From the perspective of cultural elements,ideals,belief and ways of behaviors of the party members constitute the basic content of political culture within the party.These elements constitute the systematic structure of the Inner-party political lifeand determine the function of the inner-party political life.
