摘要
目的:研究糖皮质激素辅助治疗在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中的效果,进一步分析对肺功能、体液免疫功能的影响。方法:择取在本院就诊的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,就诊时间为2020年5月至2022年4月。随机分组,对照组纳入进行阿奇霉素序贯治疗的50例患儿,观察组则纳入辅以糖皮质激素治疗的50例患儿。对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组用药后的FEV1、FVC、PEF、MMEF以及IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,WBC、ESR、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6均低于对照组,P<0.05;临床相关恢复指标组间对比,观察组优于对照组,总有效率经计算,结果显示,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;组间对比不良发生率差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的治疗中加用糖皮质激素安全有效,可减轻患儿的炎症反应和临床症状体征,有利于改善肺功能以及体液免疫功能。
Objective:To study the effect of glucocorticoid adjuvant therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and further analyze the impact on lung function and humoral immune function.Methods:100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from our hospital,and the time was from May 2020 to April 2022.Randomized grouping:the control group included 50 children receiving azithromycin sequential treatment,and the observation group included 50 children receiving glucocorticoid treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of FEV1,FVC,PEF,MMEF,IgA,IgG,IgM,in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of WBC,ESR,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical related recovery indicators,and the total effective rate was calculated.The results showed that the observation group was higher than the control group,both P<0.05;There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to add glucocorticoid in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and clinical symptoms and signs of children,and improve the pulmonary function and humoral immune function.
