摘要
面向新型电力系统的变化与挑战,该文提出自平衡、自相似、自组织的“三自”性质。自平衡是从电力与电量角度对新型电力系统的基本要求,自相似是从网络与结构的角度促使新型电力系统实现自平衡,自组织则是从调度与控制的角度促使新型电力系统实现自平衡。首先,指出“三自”性质是新型电力系统构建与发展的内在需求,三者形成具有内在关联的整体;其次,分别针对新型电力系统的自平衡、自相似和自组织,给出其必要性、概念内涵、研究现状和研究需求;最后,展望新型电力系统“三自”性质的研究,包括“三自”整体框架、“三自”规划、“三自”运行和“三自”控制。
Facing the changes and challenges of the new power system,the“three-self”properties,i.e.self-balance,self-similarity,and self-organization are put forward.Self-balance is the basic requirement of the new power system from the perspective of power and energy,self-similarity is to promote the self-balance of the new power system from the perspective of network and structure,and self-organization is to promote the self-balance of the new power system from the perspective of scheduling and control.First,it is pointed out that the nature of“three-self”is the internal demand for the construction and development of the new power system,and the three form a whole with internal correlation.Secondly,according to the self-balance,self-similarity,and self�organization of the new power system,the necessity,concept connotation,research status,and research demand are given respectively.Finally,the paper highlights the prospects for the research on the“three-self”nature of the new power system,including the overall framework,scheduling,operation,and control.
