摘要
基于三元交互视角,文章从人(居民行为逻辑)、事(旅游本质)、境(社会网络环境)视角系统探究我国民族村寨居民旅游支持行为意愿的内涵与产生机理,构建“关系嵌入-感知价值-居民旅游支持行为意愿”的概念模型,并基于贵州西江千户苗寨378份有效问卷进行实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)关系嵌入对居民旅游支持行为意愿有直接的正向影响作用;(2)感知价值对居民旅游支持行为意愿具有一定的正向影响作用;(3)关系嵌入与感知价值的交互作用对居民旅游支持行为意愿具有显著正向影响。文章为研究民族村寨居民旅游支持行为的影响机理提供了新的认知视角,同时为培育居民的旅游支持行为提供了有益的实践启示。
Residents’support is critical to the success of ethnic tourism and has been the focus of many research efforts.Existing studies mainly focus on the factors driving residents’support generally fall into two categories:Economic rationality and non-economic rationality.Further,these factors are based on the perspective of the individual and ignore the potential of the external environment to intervene or reshape individual behavior.However,most ethnic tourism destinations are residents’living spaces,residents of a tourist destination are rarely either completely rational or emotional;they instead form a social environment where individual cognitive changes are stimulated through a network of social relationships to generate subsequent intention and behavior.Moreover,despite the large body of research on resident support for tourism,it has mainly focused on antecedent variables and has rarely been conceptualized.Accordingly,the present study aims to identify the effect of relational embeddedness on residents’support for tourism.The two specific research questions are:(1)What are the contents and dimensions of residents support for ethnic tourism?(2)Does relational embeddedness influence residents’support for tourism in ethnic villages,and if so how?The current study addresses the context of ethnic villages and characteristics of ethnic village tourism,and proposes that residents’support for ethnic tourism is an implicit organizational citizenship behavior with three dimensions of initiative,altruism,and collectivity.We developed our research model in the framework of tiadic reciprocal determinism and employed relational embeddedness theory to explore the driving factors of residents’supportive behavior base on the nature of ethnic village tourism,the locals and social network of ethnic village.Based on 378 valid questionnaires in Xijiang Qianhu Miao village,Guizhou province,the research results show that:Relational embeddedness has a positive effect on residents’intention of support for ethnic tourism
