摘要
智慧体育场馆作为高新技术网络化、数字化、智能化聚集的重要载体,对提升全民健身参与度,促进以人民为中心的全民健身高质量发展具有重要现实意义。本研究运用文献资料、案例分析、实地调研、SWOT分析等研究方法,基于智慧型体育场馆的智慧化特征和发展现状,厘清智慧型体育场馆提升全民健身参与度的逻辑理路和现实困境,探讨相关纾解路径。研究认为,智慧型体育场馆提升全民健身参与度的基本逻辑体现在通过智慧型体育场馆所具有的科学性、交互性、创新型、便捷性等智慧化特征提升群众参与全民健身的热情。当前智慧体育场馆提升全民健身参与度主要面临顶层设计缺失、“规则滞后”严重、馆际存在“信息孤岛”、供需对接机制不准确、存在技术倒插等现实问题。建议:立足数字技术赋能和政策资金导向,整合资源形成具有人文创新服务精神的智慧体育场馆生态圈,构建“双向”信息链沟通渠道,建立动态监管机制和标准化的评审流程形成完整的闭环过程。
As an important carrier of high-tech networking,digitization and intelligent aggregation,intelligent sports venues have important practical significance for improving the participation of national fitness and promoting the high-quality development of people-centered national fitness.Based on the intelligent characteristics and development status of intelligent sports venues,this study uses literature review,case analysis,field research,SWOT analysis and other research methods to clarify the logic and dilemma of intelligent sports venues to enhance national fitness participation,and explore the relief path to enhance national fitness participation.The research holds that the basic logic of intelligent sports venues enhancing the participation of national fitness is reflected in the promotion of the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in national fitness through the scientific,interactive,innovative,convenient and other intelligent characteristics of intelligent sports venues.At present,the promotion of national fitness participation by intelligent sports venues management is mainly faced with the lack of intelligent top-level design of venues,the serious’lag of new rules’,the existence of‘information island’between venues,the inaccurate docking mechanism of supply and demand,and the practical dilemma of technical inversion.Based on digital technology empowerment and policy funding orientation,we should integrate resources to form an intelligent sports venues ecosystem with humanistic innovation service spirit,build a“two-way”information chain communication channel,establish a dynamic supervision mechanism and a standardized review process to form a complete closed-loop process.
