摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者应用量化管理后对血糖控制的效果。方法随机选取2019年12月—2020年12月福建省南安市医院收治的52例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=26)和研究组(n=26),全部患者均进行常规的药物治疗(使用盐酸二甲双胍及瑞格列奈),在此基础上对照组实施非量化管理,研究组实施量化管理,对比两组的管理效果。结果两组患者的体质量、体质指数、腰围、餐后2 h血糖、TG、TC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HDL、LDL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组每日摄取热量低于对照组总运动量高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组每周运动次数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施量化管理,临床效果显著,可提高患者自我管理水平,对于血糖控制的效果理想。
Objective To explore the effect of quantitative management on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes.Methods 52 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Nan'an Hospital,Fujian Province from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group(n=26)and study group(n=26)according to the random number table method.All patients received conventional drug therapy(metformin hydrochloride and repaglinide),on this basis,the control group implemented non-quantitative management,and the study group implemented quantitative management.Compared the management effect of the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in body mass,body constitution index,waist circumference,2 h postprandial blood glucose,TG,and TC between the two groups(P>0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,HDL and LDL in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the daily calorie intake was lower than the control group,and total exercise in the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the ratio of weekly exercise times,in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative management of diabetes patients has significant clinical effects,can improve the level of self-management of patients,and has an ideal effect on blood glucose control.
