摘要
针对山西某煤矿8号煤层坚硬、含泥岩夹层的特点,采用MG300/730-WD型采煤机在生产中存在着一定的截割力及截割滚筒振动大、截割齿磨损严重等问题,通过理论分析和实地测试的方法,对截割滚筒与采煤机的配合性进行研究,优化改进了原有采煤机截割滚筒的结构,最终将截割滚筒上部的截齿布置方式从均匀分布变为交错分布。通过对采煤机截割滚筒的改造,提高了采煤机自身工作的稳定性,延长了37.9%的截割齿寿命,减少了采煤机的运行能耗。
Aiming at the characteristics of a coal mine in Shanxi with hard No.8 coal seam and mudstone interlayer,the MG/730-WD coal miner has certain problems in production such as cutting force and large vibration of cutting drum,serious wear of cutting teeth,etc.Through the method of theoretical analysis and field test,the compatibility of cutting drum and coal miner is studied,and the structure of original cutting drum of coal miner is optimized and improved,finally the cutting The structure of the cutting drum of the original coal mining machine was optimised and improved,and the arrangement of the cutting teeth on the upper part of the cutting drum was changed from uniform distribution to staggered distribution.Through the modification of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine,the working stability of the coal mining machine itself was improved,the life of the cutting teeth was extended by 37.9%,and the energy consumption of the coal mining machine was reduced.
