开放大学思想政治教育的探索现状与新思路——聚焦教师思想政治教育能力与意识的提升被引量：1

Exploration and New Ideas of Ideological and Political Education in the Open University:Improving Teachers'Ideological and Political Education Ability and Awareness

摘要 2019年3月,习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调了上好思想政治理论课的重要性。独特的办学形式和学情特点使得在开放大学开展思政教育的重要性愈发突显。做好思政教育离不开教师思政教育能力和意识的培养与提升。文章以中国知网CNKI中文期刊全文数据库收录的2010-2021年期间关于开放大学思政教育的文献为数据来源进行文献可视化分析,梳理近10年我国开放大学思政教育的研究发展脉络、不同时期研究热点和未来研究趋势,并从学情出发,探讨开放大学开展思政教育的现状,基于此提出强化教师立德树人理念,建立师德师风评优和表彰长效机制,加强教师思想政治理论学习,提升教师课程思政能力。 In March 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of ideological and political theory courses when presiding over a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory.The unique school-running form and academic characteristics make such education increasingly important in open universities.Ideological and political education depends on the cultivation and improvement of teachers ideological and political education ability and awareness.In this research,the literature on ideological and political education in the open university from 2001 to 2021 collected by CNKI Chinese journal full-text database was used for visual analysis with CiteSpace 5.8.R1 software.Through analysis of indicators such as the number of published papers,major research institutions,principal investigators,co-occurrence,clustering of keywords in the past 20 years,this research paper explored the sequence,hotspots and trend of ideological and political education in the open university in China.Based on the status quo of ideological and political education in the open university,the following suggestions are given to enhance the ideological and political education capabilities and consciousness of open university teachers:upholding and acting on the principle of fostering character and civic virtue,establishing a long-term commendation and evaluation mechanism for the professional ethics of teachers,and strengthening ideological and political theory learning to enhance the ability of teachers'curriculum ideology and politics.
