摘要
大跨径钢箱梁顶推施工时,导梁前端下挠过大会导致上墩困难并影响施工安全。设置临时扣锁塔架是改善导梁前端挠度的方法之一。该文以新疆和田地区某大桥为案例,讨论如何在无临时墩的条件下,通过设置临时扣锁塔架辅助梁体进行顶推施工,从而跨越该桥100m主跨。通过建立施工全过程有限元模型,分析了顶推过程中梁体及临时辅助设施位移及受力情况,并绘出了逐节段顶推位移变化曲线及梁体顶底面应力包络图。结果显示,设置临时扣锁塔架可将导梁前端底部提升至前方墩顶。相较于未设置扣锁塔架的情况,在顶推全过程中梁体顶面及底面最大Mises应力分别降低62.7%和29.5%。该研究可为以后同类型桥梁施工提供技术参考。
During the incremental launching construction of longspan steel box girder,the overlarge downflexure of guide beam makes it difficult to get on the pier and affects construction safety.Setting a temporary buckle tower is an effective method to reduce deflection of the guide beam.Based on a large bridge in Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang,this paper discusses how to cross the 100-metre main span of the bridge by setting up temporary buckle towers to assist in incremental launching construction without temporary piers.By establishing a finite element model for the entire construction process,the displacement and stress situation of the beam and temporary auxiliary facilities during the incremental launching process were analyzed,and the displacement change curve and stress envelope diagram of the top and bottom surfaces of the beam were plotted section by section.The results show that setting the temporary buckle tower can lift the bottom of the front end of the guide beam to the pier top.In the whole process,the maximum Mises stress on the top and the beam decreases by 62.7%and 29.5%,respectively.The study provides a technical reference for the similar bridge constructions in the future.
