摘要
鸭疫里默氏杆菌病是养鸭业中常见的一种传染病,发病的临床特征为机体的器官浆膜发生浆液纤维素渗出炎症,引发多种器官疾病,不利于雏鸭的生长发育,严重者会死亡。目前,最好的预防方法是进行疫苗免疫,选择合适的鸭疫里默氏菌病疫苗进行免疫接种,从而降低鸭疫里默氏菌病的发病率。目前疫苗主要为灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、菌体成分疫苗和联合疫苗等种类,每种又有不同的制备方式。本文对鸭疫里默氏杆菌疫苗种类及免疫效果等应用现状进行概述,并对疫苗开发前景进行了展望,以期开发出一种免疫广谱性好的疫苗,从而促进养鸭业的绿色、健康、高速发展。
The clinical features of the disease are plasma fibrinous exudative inflammation of the organ plasma membranes,which causes a variety of organ diseases that are detrimental to the growth and development of ducklings and can lead to death in severe cases.At present,the best method of prevention is to vaccinate against the disease and to choose the appropriate vaccine for duck disease to reduce the incidence of duck disease.The main types of vaccines available are inactivated,live attenuated,bacteriophage component and combination vaccines,each of which is prepared in different ways.Therefore,in order to promote the knowledge and development of duck disease vaccine,this paper provides an overview of the current situation of the application of duck disease vaccine types and immunization effect of Rimmelia duck disease,and the prospect of vaccine development,in order to develop a vaccine with good immune broad spectrum,so as to promote the green,healthy and high speed development of duck farming industry.
