摘要
“一带一路”倡议进入高质量建设阶段,需要对中印文化产品的贸易关系进行总结分析,以进一步推进两国的文化贸易。本文认为中印两国的文化产品基本上都具有强互补性,占比最大的始终是工艺美术品及收藏品,加之地缘便利性等优势,两国的贸易合作潜力并未完全挖掘出来。通过应用单位根检验、格兰杰检验等方式得出中印经济发展差距、中国的文化及相关产业资源以及对外贸易敞开程度是关键的格兰杰影响因素。基于此,本文提出需要加快完善本国文化产业建设、打造中印工艺美术品及收藏品贸易平台(基地)和加强中印双边政治互信的建议,以达成提升中印文化贸易、提升中国文化国际竞争力的目的。
As the“Belt and Road”initiative enters the phase of high-quality construction,it is necessary to summarize and analyze the trade relationship of cultural products between China and India in order to further promote cultural trade between the two countries.This article believes that the cultural products of China and India are basically complementary,with handicrafts and collectibles accounting for the largest proportion.In addition,the advantages of geographical convenience have not fully explored the potential for trade cooperation between the two countries.By applying unit root tests,Granger tests,and other methods,this article concludes that the development gap between China and India,China's cultural and related industrial resources,and the degree of openness of foreign trade are key factors affecting Granger.Based on this,this article proposes the need to accelerate the improvement of the country's cultural industry construction,establish a trading platform(base)for Chinese and Indian handicrafts and collectibles,and strengthen the bilateral political mutual trust between China and India to achieve the goal of enhancing cultural trade between China and India and enhancing China's cultural international competitiveness.
