摘要
稳产增产措施增加产量的同时也提高了开发的成本,对SEC储量影响逐年加大。为了明确稳产增产措施对SEC储量的影响,针对目前措施效果对SEC储量贡献定量计算方面的空白,引入关键参数“SEC储量”,通过统计分析建立数据矩阵,数理拟合建立估算模型,形成定量计算措施增加SEC储量的思路方法,从经济评价角度和SEC评估角度分析措施效益。结果表明:1)除硫措施中,单位除硫费用小于气价与维护成本的差值,即对SEC储量有贡献;2)补孔措施中,日增产量气量大于1000 m^(3)对SEC储量即有贡献;3)气举措施单次费用低、增产量小,对SEC储量贡献小,但对于气井维持生产具有重要意义。所建立的措施SEC评价模型对深化SEC储量管理在气藏经营作用发挥具有重要实践意义。
As the field develops further,measures to increase production also raise costs.In order to quantitatively calculate the benefit of measures from the perspective of SEC evaluation,aiming at the gap in quantitative calculation of the contribution of measures to SEC reserves.Introducing the key parameter“SEC reserves”,analysis of increased production,input-output and contribution to SEC reserves.Through mathematical fitting,a method for quantitative calculation of measure benefits was established,with“SEC reserves”as the core.The measures benefit was analyzed from the perspective of economic evaluation and SEC evaluation.The results show that:1)In sulfur removal measures,unit sulfur removal cost is less than the difference between gas price and maintenance cost,which contributes to SEC reserves;2)In the reperforating,the daily increased gas production is greater than 1000 m^(3),which contributes to SEC reserves;3)Gas lift measures have low single cost,small increase in production and small contribution to SEC reserves,but they are of great significance for stable production of gas wells.The SEC evaluation model is adopted to deepen the application of SEC reserves in gas reservoir management.
